Refund and Returns Policy
Eligibility

You must submit the return request within 30 days of your package being delivered. No returns made after 30 days from the date of receiving the item(s) will be accepted. Meanwhile, we will process all returns and refunds in 3 business days once we receive the return item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (cannot be removed), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, freebies, or gift cards.

Swimwear, which is a kind of intimates, cannot be returned or exchanged considering hygienic problems, except if the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

Final Sale products and accessories cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you. Accessories include jewelry, gloves, handbags, hats, belts, scarves, watches, pins, stockings, leggings, etc.

There is only one chance to return and exchange, please confirm before returning.
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

However, be sure to update the tracking number & logistics carrier in the Returns Center or provide us via email as soon as you ship your return.

We will process all returns and refunds in 3 business days, but there may be delays due to limited staffing.
However, if it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us at info@lelonys.com.

If it is the case that you don't want the item you bought or you choose the wrong item, you'll be responsible for the shipping fee. So please double-check the product information, especially the size chart before purchase. We appreciate your patience.

Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred, except if the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you, the package is lost or damaged, etc.

Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. Our after-sales warehouse is in Hong Kong, where we will receive and process the returned products. However, we are now trying to set up more warehouses for the return in other countries.
Currently, lelony hasn't authorized any third party for business purposes. Any purchases from any other third party are out of our warranty.
